General Repairs

All general watch and jewelery repairs; cleaning, sizing rings, soldering and custom designed remounting of diamonds and gemstones, pearl restringing, prong replacements and stone replacements, all done at our professional jewelry shop usually within one week.

Engraving

All of our engraving is done in-house by our trained staff. Engraving is normally done within 4 to 5 days on our merchandise. We also welcome other pieces for engraving not purchased here.

If your are bringing other items in for engraving, please allow a week to 10 days for completion.

Appraisals

Appraisals are automatically given on all major diamond jewelry we sell.  We also do appraisals for estates or older items that need to be revalued for insurance purposes.

Please note that original papers should be brought in for all items presented for re-appraisal.
