Q. ~ Do you do appraisals?
A. ~ Yes. We give certified appraisals on all diamond and precious gem jewelry we sell. We can upgrade your current old appraisal for insurance purposes. We will also appraise older items or estate jewelry. We do not appraise new jewelry.
Q. ~ What are your hours?
A. ~ We are open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. From Thanksgiving to Christmas we are open every day for your added convenience.
Q. ~ Do you do jewelry repairs?
A. ~ Yes. We do all types of jewelry repairs, some in store.
Q. ~ Do you install batteries?
A. ~ Yes. We can install batteries in almost every make of watch. We can also size most watch bands.
Q. ~ Do you engrave?
A. ~ Yes. We engrave most anything metal. We do give priority to our own merchandise, but we will do outside work within a week to 10 days.
